How to participate

1. Find the bug in any of our products – ONT, OLT, Mobile apps, NMS tool

2. Create a step-wise method of replication of the bug before sending it to us.

4. The bug will be verified by the concerned team here at GX India Pvt. Ltd.

1. Bug reporter should be confidential in sharing details and follow privacy for crucial info.

2. The bug should not be posted on any online/offline forums.

3. Rewards will only be disbursed after validation and acceptance from our team.

4. Severity of the bug will be investigated by our team.

5. Not abiding the above conditions and misusing information may attract legal action.
